LXXXIV-17 Night Sky

Postby hawkseye » Tue Feb 13, 2018 7:58 pm

Night Sky

No moon greets me tonight
sky left open for galaxy shows
with their cast of gazillions
arranged and in place,
choruses of light and energy
activate awe and delight
no matter how often I view
their stellar performance.

I think awe is how we should react to the beauty of the night sky. Good comment on it.

great, the whole thing

my favorite, nights on mountain tops where the smog and haze never reaches or on the desert where the smog and haze has never been, seems like you can see every one of the billions of stars, shining just for us.
