LXII-6 A few limericks

Postby Bill_Back » Thu Dec 07, 2017 10:01 am

In a limerick mood for silly (better than wondering if Trump is slurring speech because of drink, loose teeth or a stroke).

(political)
There once was a judge named Roy Moore
Whom evangelicals did adore
He thanked Heaven for little girls
Loved to stroke their nether curls
He denied all while others kept score

Judge Roy Moore is running for Senate
To voters he stinks like a polecat
Though young girls fired his piston
“At least Moore’s a true Christian”
And definitely not a lefty Democrat

There once was a billionaire named Trump
Who on the world took a bigly dump
He ran for President
Against the resident
Now we are stuck with the sad lump

(and two from kid's movie Frozen)
There once was a Queen named Elsa
Whose fingers made ice not salsa
Her mind was finally changed
In the end all was rearranged
Warming unlike Siberian Russia

There once was a snowman named Olaf
Who could talk and even stroll off
With a carrot for a nose
His humorous nature arose
His friends he just couldn’t blow off

Good ones. I agree with Allen on the second one.

Grand set, Bill

unfortunately too true (for the first few)
and spot on for the last too (I've watched "most" of the movie)

I'm so baffled by the contrast -- Democrats forcing retirement by those accused of insensitivity while the Republicans keep embracing it, starting with Trump
